Quiet and beautiful place, everything was excellent. Location was good and unbeatable, 10 minutes' drive from a lush tropical park. I liked nice quiet area. The staff was extremely friendly throughout the stay and that provided excellent service. Comfortable bed and all facilities were clean!

Had a very pleasant stay for family vacation. Staff was really helpful, helped us with everything. During the stay everything was superb and we got ironing as a compliment. It had a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator for cooking.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Ascott KL. The spacious and comfortable accommodations provided everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The kids especially loved the air-conditioned rooms and the amenities like DVD players and espresso makers. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we were able to easily explore Bukit Jalil National Stadium and Chinwoo Stadium, where we enjoyed exciting games and events. our visit to Ascott KL was a great experience for the whole family.

For dads, it would be great to have a wider range of breakfast options for families with children.

The breakfast is simple, with standard taste. Staff, they are all well-trained and responsive, that provided excellent service.

The flat was quiet. We were provided with a living room, a kettle, and an iron, which proved very handy...

Apartment was generous sized for Kuala Lumpur, new and quiet in spite of rainy weather outside. Thoughtful staff in all areas and the atmosphere here was CONTEMPORARY. The room was fully-equipped and with bath tub.

I chose this hotel for attending a training session and I was impressed with their event facilities. The conference space and meeting rooms provided everything I needed for a successful event. The business center was well-equipped and the staff was helpful. Additionally, the steam room and children's pool were a great way to relax after a long day.

The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated co-working space. It would have been helpful to have a designated area where I could work and have meetings with colleagues.

It was a perfectly clean and quiet apartment.

Rooms here were equipped with big TVs, laundry facilities and bath tub. We had good breakfast for Vegetarian, perfectly pleasant stay for my 2 nights.

i liked the place, it was modern and immaculately clean and had strategic and comfortable location just next door to the sister building restaurant, kl sentral and brickfields, and close to public transport. personnel was extremely helpful in all areas. all in all everything was superb, as a bonus i received ironing free of charge.

Great location! Right next to Little India and a short walk to the train station. Good sized apartment with a comfortable bed. The kitchenette was a nice addition and had everything we needed to make our own meals. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had. a pleasant stay during the Christmas holidays.

The lobby staff seemed a bit disengaged and could have been more attentive to guests. It would have been nice to have more amenities available, such as a gym or a swimming pool.
